The economic downturn has led to a loss of funding for many community projects. Our starting point in Fintry was always the long term sustainability and resilience of renewable energy in ensuring that our community can remain viable and vibrant. These ideas have now become mainstream, and we have developed a partnership with the Development Trust Association in Scotland, and also are hoping to work with communities in Northumbria, Wales and Northern Ireland.
